Easy Roasted Chickpeas Snack Recipe

This is my super easy roasted, salted crunchy chickpeas recipe.
They are low fat too ! ( no oil added )

– A can of chickpeas ( garbanzo beans )
– salt

Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees F / 220 degrees C

Note: You may see some recipes add oil to the chickpeas before
going into the oven – I have found this just delays the chickpeas getting crunchy, so it will take longer to bake.

We want our chickpea snack to be crunchy, not oily. This also make them much lower in fat !
